• All Reports have to be Co-relate Clinically.
• The finding and Observation in the report pertain to specimen submitted.
• All the results are dependent on the quality of sample by the laboratory.
• It is presumed that the tests performed on the specimen belong to the patient named or identified, such verification have been carried out at the point of generation of the sample.
• If the results of the investigations is/are alarming or unexpected, the patient consultant is advised to contact the Lab immediately for a re-check.
• This report is not valid for Medico-Legal Purpose.
